1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your profile will revert to Free tier features
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase
- Technical Issues: If our service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours
- Duplicate Charges: Immediate refund for any duplicate payments
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- After the 7-day satisfaction guarantee period
- For partial billing periods
- If your account was suspended for Terms of Service violations
- One-time purchases (e.g., Lifetime plan)
