1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your profile will revert to Free tier features

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase
  • Technical Issues: If our service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours
  • Duplicate Charges: Immediate refund for any duplicate payments

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • After the 7-day satisfaction guarantee period
  • For partial billing periods
  • If your account was suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • One-time purchases (e.g., Lifetime plan)
